What is Your Average Turnaround Time?
We deliver services rendered within a twenty-four-hour period - with the exception of Saturdays.
How May I Schedule an Appointment?
You may schedule online here - or give us a call at (570) 614-9694 if you prefer the old-fashioned way of things.
Who Needs to be Home for the Appointment?
Technically, nobody needs to be present besides the photographer for any of our services.
The seller of the home is free to stay for the entirety of the appointment.
We just ask to be courteous of our photographer’s time & try to hide from the camera.
How Long is an Average Appointment? (2,500 SQ.FT)
Because every home is different & may require on-site preparation our estimations may vary.
Real Estate Photography - 45 Minutes
Three-Dimensional Virtual Tour - 1 Hour & 30 Minutes
Aerial Videography - 30 Minutes
How Far Are You Willing to Travel?
Luckily, we love traveling (within reason).
We won’t charge a travel fee for one-way trips under 45 minutes
If you’re over that we charge a fee of $25.
How Are My Images Delivered?
We share our images through downloadable & hosted galleries.
We supply an archive of compressed & full-sized images through Dropbox.
We host a gallery on our website for you to share with your audience of buyers & potential sellers.
How Do I Pay You?
We will send out an invoice that you can pay online.
We accept all major forms of payment in addition to cash & check.
You are able to write off our services as a marketing & advertising expense.
We expect payment to be made within fourteen days from invoice delivery.
We will send one payment reminder on day seven & another on day fourteen.
After day fifteen, we will impose a 5% late penalty - don’t make us do it, we feel bad.
What is Your Stance on Copyright?
If you are utilizing our services you agree to the following.
You cannot transfer, assign, or sublicense your rights to any service, photograph, three-dimensional virtual tour, or any media produced through the utilization of our services to any individual without written permission from us.
The right to use any media produced through services rendered has been given to only you.
Your rights allow you to use our services rendered for marketing purposes.
You do not authorize third parties to display, copy, or distribute our work without written permission from us.
