Exterior Checklist

• Remove any signs, clutter, & visually unappealing personal items from the yard.

• Tuck away all trash & recycling bins in an orderly fashion.

• Park all vehicles in the garage or in the street.

• Ensure that your landscaping is well-maintained & orderly.

• Remove the leaves & debris from the pool.

• Bring in the shoes, snow shovels, & brooms left on the front porch.

Interior Checklist

• Remove all shampoo & conditioner bottles, body wash, etc. from the shower & put down the toilet seat.

• Remove all magnets & photographs from the refrigerator, dishwasher, & cabinets.

• Make all beds, fluff the pillows, & check that the bed skirts are in order.

• Remove all clutter from any visible surface.

• If you own pets - hide all toys, food bowls, pet beds, etc.

• Wipe down all mirrors & reflective surfaces of handprints & streaks.

• Remove any family pictures, diplomas, or personal information you would not like displayed.

• Replace any burnt-out lightbulbs, preferably with white LED lights.

• Mop & vacuum the floors to clean up any leftover debris.

• Open all blinds & drapes to allow as much natural light inside as possible.

• Make sure that all of your lights are on - excluding lamps & light fixtures.

• Turn off all of the ceiling fans in the house.
